Some courses on BRIDGE-RI requirement an enrollment key. Here's how to find and use one!
Did you forgot your username or password? Fear not; it's common! Here's how to retrieve it.
Frequently Asked Questions
It's free and easy to sign up for an account on BRIDGE-RI. All you need is an email account to get started. Visit Create Account/Retrieve Password to go to the account creation page. Once you've created an account, you will receive an automated email with your account information. From there, just sign in and sign up for a course of your choosing!
Visit Create Account/Retrieve Password to go to the password retrieval page. From there, on the left side, you can select Forgotten Username or Password and follow the prompts to retrieve it. If you're still having trouble, you may submit a help desk ticket.
Every course on BRIDGE-RI will ask you to complete a short Course Evaluation at the end of the course. Upon submission of this evaluation, your Course Completion Certificate will unlock. To access this certificate:
- Click on the Course Completion Certificate activity.
- Click View certificate button.
- Your certificate will automatically download.
- Your certificate will also be emailed to you.
- You can access your certificate at any time from your Profile. Click Profile and under Miscellaneous, select My certificates.
