To reset your password, submit your username or your email address below. If we can find you in the database, an email will be sent to your email address, with instructions how to get access again.

NOTE: You may still access the platform if you change schools or have a different email address from when you initially registered with BRIDGE-RI. However, you will need access to this account if you are requesting a password reset since a link is sent to the email address on record.

If you no longer have access to the email account associated with BRIDGE-RI, then, submit a Help Desk ticket providing your updated email address and school information. We will manually update your account and provide you with a temporary password.
